Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Development Nurture and expand a portfolio of client accounts, proactively engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing expert advice, and offering tailored solutions.
 - Policy Analysis and Recommendation Conduct thorough policy reviews, assessing coverage adequacy, identifying potential gaps, and making recommendations to ensure clients have the right protection for their evolving needs.
 - Business Development Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, participating in client meetings, and assisting with the development of customized insurance proposals.
 - Claims Management Support Serve as a liaison between clients and claims adjusters, guiding clients through the claims process, and ensuring timely resolution of claims while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
 - Industry Knowledge Enhancement Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks, continuously expanding your insurance knowledge to better serve our clients.
 
Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and agent.
 - Relationship Building Demonstrated ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain long-term client relationships, with a customer-centric approach.
 - Proven Sales Success (preferred but not required) Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals in a previous role, preferably in a customer-facing or sales-driven environment.
 - Analytical Thinking Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, evaluate risk exposures, and recommend appropriate coverage options.
 - Team Player Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work culture.
